Frequently Asked Questions

Here are some common questions about Envision.

What’s the difference between River Max and River Pro?
Each of the RIVER Series has its advantages. RIVER is ideal for lightweight, grab-and-go power, which you can expand with the extra battery. RIVER Max includes the extra battery by default, which you can remove to go lightweight. RIVER Pro is made for those that need even more capacity for off-grid, long haul adventures.
Can River Max handle high – wattage appliances?
Yes. RIVER Max can power devices up to 1800W with our proprietary technology, X-Boost. *X-Boost can run devices that require up to 1800W, however, it’s best to test before use. Some 600W-1800W appliances with strict voltage requirements may not function (eg. air compressors).
How many solar panels can I use at the same time with Delta Max?
It depends on the total voltage and watts of solar panels you choose. As long as the solar panels use MC4 connector and its voltage and current are under 11-100V, 10A max range.
What is the max input for Delta Max?
When charging DELTA Max and its extra battery together, you can reach 3600W max charging speeds by combining any two methods of AC, solar and Smart Generator. For DELTA Max single unit, you can recharge it at standard wall outlets (1800W max), or combine AC and solar charging to reach max 2000W charging speeds.
What’s the water-resistance rating for this product?
DELTA Max is not water-resistance, so it should be kept away from liquids. Or if you’re looking for water-resistance solution, you can purchase the DELTA Max case to water-resistance protection.
All the AC ports support 3600W (US) output?
For US version, you can only have max 3600W AC output on the 30A AC port.
What’s the max input Delta Pro can achieve?
When charging DELTA Pro and its extra battery together, you can reach 6500W max charging speeds by combining AC, solar and Smart Generator methods. For DELTA Pro single unit, you can recharge it at standard wall outlets (1800W max), at EV station (3400W max)/Smart Home Panel/240V outlets (3000W max).
Can I run a 240V device on the 120V US version?
You’ll need to connect two DELTA Pro units to power 240V electronics. You can do this by: 1) the Double Voltage Hub and use the AC outlets on the hub, or 2) the Smart Home Panel and use your home’s 240V outlets (you’ll need to setup 240V wiring on the Smart Home Panel during installation).
How much money can I save on my bills with the Smart Home Panel + DELTA Pro?
It varies based on your chosen set up and how you use the ecosystem. However, if used optimally to reduce spending during peak hours, you could save over $1000 a year with 2 DELTA Pro’s, a smart home panel and 2400W worth of EcoFlow solar panels. That assumes average US energy rates. You can save up to double that if you use DELTA Pro’s extra batteries in addition, and if your home has a higher solar supply.
Can the Smart Home Panel charge my DELTA Pro?

Yes. You can plug in up to two DELTA Pros and benefit 3400W fast charging for your units. You can choose which speed is best for you in the EcoFlow app.

Can I use the app while away from home? Or only in the range of my house?
You can monitor and optimize your energy usage from anywhere with a Wi-Fi connection via the EcoFlow app, as long as your units are online.
Can I use my current rooftop solar panels with the Smart Home Panel & DELTA Pro?
Yes. You can use your existing rooftop Solar Panels so long as they are AC coupled and the grid is on-line. During blackouts, you can rely on other power sources such as EcoFlow Solar Panels, and the Smart Generator.
